We are located across from Chabot theater and the Animal Hospital.  There is a large parking lot in the back with plenty of free parking.

What are Sew In Weft Extensions?

«

Weft extensions go by many names, like hand tied wefts, beaded row wefts, and sew in wefts. Our weft extensions are thin and trimmable like genius wefts and are applied with a hidden beaded row method. Application starts with attaching a row of beads using string, then sewing a weft onto each bead. This is where all the training was key. We perfected our technique to keep the tiny beads out of sight and out of mind.

How long can I wear my weft extensions?

«

Weft extensions are a long lasting method with proper care at home.

  • Lifespan: high-quality hair lasts 6+ months with proper care
  • Maintenance: rows are moved up every 6 weeks to stay close to the scalp
  • Reapplication: hair can be removed and reapplied several times

What are tape in extensions?

«

No clips or beads, natural hair is sandwiched between wefts and secured with a medical-grade adhesive strip. Wefts are small and flexible, which makes them easy to apply tight to the scalp for a natural look. They are lightweight, no worries if you're concerned about bulkiness, so you can wear a full head without feeling weighed down.

How long do tape ins last?

No matter which brand of hair we use, tape in extensions are all similar in wear time and the care they need.

  • Life span: Hair lasts a total of 5-7  months with proper care.
  • Maintenance:  Hair is removed and reapplied every 6-8 weeks with fresh tape
  • Reapplication: Hair can be removed and reapplied up to 3 times

How much do Hair Extensions cost?

We get this question a lot, and it's a tough question to answer over the phone or on DM. The overall cost depends on the type of hair, the amount and length of hair, plus the time it will take to install it. What is fairy hair?

Fairy hair is anything that makes your hair sparkle and shine, from clips to feathers and shiny tinsel in a rainbow of colors. Fairy hair accents can be installed on your natural hair, or blended into other hair extensions. Fairy hair is increasingly popular and for ALL ages, even if you've never considered hair extensions, you'll love having some fun with fairy hair. Can I get a Brazilian Blowout?

We offer both the Original Brazilian Blowout and the Mini Brazilian Blowout, which is just the front section of the hair.

Do you do wedding hair and makeup?

Yes we offer formal hairstyles, hairstyles for the bride and bridal party and we have a makeup artists who specialize in wedding day makeup applications.

 

Do you do Perms?

They say perms are making a big comeback but the truth is...we never stopped doing them. Studio W does all kinds of perms and we're quite good at it!  Body waves, soft curly perms, beach wave perms and even perms for men!

Do you offer Barber Cuts?

Yes, we offer barber cuts and clipper cuts. We also offer Camo Color, hair color for men to discreetly blend in grey hair.

Can you get my hair really blonde?

«

This is a tough question to answer without seeing your starting hair color. But yes, it is possible to lift even the darkest of hair to a blonde shade, but it may take multiple visits to the salon to do it safely. This is also known as "high maintenance" blonde because there will be a lot of upkeep to pull off this look and keep your blonde hair looking good. As extreme lifting can be complex, we often consider this a color correction service.
